Lamont T. Harris

I am the current Technology Director of Pride Academy Charter School, serving middle school students in grades 5-8. I have over 10 years of experience in education, with specific interests in special education and instructional technologies. I am also a student in the Leadership in Educational Technologies Doctoral Program at NJCU.

I am committed to growth and education, not only to serve as a benefit to the students and schools I affect but also to extend that impact the community at large. I have long been involved in volunteer work and uplift of others since a high student, and in 2012, I became the Founder and Present of MY CIRCLE, Inc. MY CIRCLE, which acronyms for Men and Youth Cultivating Integrity Resorting Community Life and Education, a nonprofit group focused on youth advocacy, community outreach, academic enrichment, and mental health and wellness programs. 

In my spare time, I cherish spending time with his son, Lamont III, and our Morkie, Cabbage. Some of our favorite actives are camping, hiking, and traveling to historical landmarks and museums. My son and I, also serve as a father and son disc jockey and photographer dual, supplying enjoying event entertainment needs for all occasions.
